About Adebayo Temenu
Adebayo Temenu is a dynamic entrepreneur, visionary leader, and patriotic advocate for national transformation whose professional journey spans over three decades of excellence across healthcare, agribusiness, and global trade sectors.
Trained as a Pharmacist at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Adebayo brings over 35 years of distinguished practice across every sphere of Nigeria's pharmaceutical profession — from clinical and community pharmacy to manufacturing, distribution, and regulatory systems.
Guided by a passion for national development and self-sustaining enterprise, he founded Agrisummex Africa Limited, a 37,000-hectare transformative agricultural estate in Ondo State. The Agrisummex Agropolis anchors the cassava value chain, processing cassava into High-Quality Cassava Flour (HQCF), industrial starch, sorbitol, and animal feed, while also hosting cocoa and oil palm estates. The project stands as a living model of agricultural industrialization and rural revitalization in Nigeria.
Beyond business, Adebayo Temenu's work extends into social innovation and nation-building. He is the Founder and Executive Director of the Nigerian Dream Rebirth Initiative (NDRI) — a non-profit movement dedicated to rekindling hope, resilience, and enterprise among Nigeria's youth. Through NDRI, he champions a generation of young Nigerians equipped to build businesses from the ground up, innovate with courage, and restore faith in the Nigerian Dream.
He also serves as Country Manager for Safelify Global and NIED Global Trade & Investment Limited, where he curates international trade and investment missions, building strategic partnerships between Nigeria and global markets.
